Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, and director of Biafra
radio, Nnamdi Kanu, was at the Federal High Court Abuja this morning
where hearing on the treasonable charges filed against him by the
Federal government continued.
A mild drama took place when he arrived the court premises and refused
Prison officials to remove his handcuffs, insisting on having it on
during court proceedings. It took the intervention of his lead
counsel, Chuks Muoma, to persuade him to allow the prison officers
remove the handcuffs. The presiding judge, Justice John Tsoho denied
Kalu's application for his International passports (British and
