A 35-year-old man in Limuru, was on June 15, 2015 accused of having sex with a sheep.
Residents in Karanjee area in Limuru claim that they heard a sheep
bleating in a maize plantation. When they went to check, they found
Christopher Momanyi having sex with the sheep that belonged to his
neighbour.
Momanyi allegedly ran away with neighbours in hot pursuit. “His efforts to run away were futile as young men arrived and helped to arrest him,” said Nancy Wangare, a neighbour.
The neighbours are reported to have then interrogated the naked
man and caned him, before marching him to the area police post where
Momanyi denied the claims.
